CLIMB is a ministry of Caribbean Choice, created to train and impact present and potential leaders in all arenas of society. The ministry is focused on empowering leaders for greater impact. CLLIMB targets pastoral, professional and political leaders. It will accomplish its goals through the following strategies:

Enhance - On the most basic level we deliver programs, publications and a complete leadership philosophy to enhance and develop leadership character and competencies within an organization.
Equip - The ministry is committed to equipping leaders at all levels of society with the critical skills needed to fulfill individual potential. This will be accomplished primarily through leadership coaching via conferences and training sessions.
Evaluate - We will form partnerships with organizations and training institutions in order to assess the strengths and weaknesses of their leaders and leadership teams for maximum effectiveness.
Extend - We can become an extension of leadership development efforts currently in local churches by offering a comprehensive resource for continued leadership education.
