Conway Edwards (Founder and Executive Director)

Conway Edwards has been in ministry for the past 15 years. He is a Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Leadership at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He presently ministers at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas, as the Pastoral Assistant to Dr. Anthony T. Evans. He also teaches in Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary in their Center for Biblical Studies program, and works as a Spiritual Formation Mentor at the Center for Christian Leadership. Conway led the Spiritual Formation (small group) ministry at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship for 2 years. Before attending Dallas Theological Seminary, Conway earned his Masters of Business Administration from National University in San Diego. While in San Diego, Conway served as youth pastor for 4 years. Conway enjoys discipling men, mentoring leaders and preaching. Conway is married to Jada and the couple lives in Dallas.

Jada Edwards is a Process Analyst at the Dallas County Community College District. She graduated from the University of NorthTexas with an emphasis in Marketing. Jada presently mentors couples with her husband for the Center for Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary. She is also a student at the Center for Biblical Studies at Dallas Seminary. Jada served as Youth Worship Leader at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, where she also taught in the senior high class. She also serves as a workshop speaker for their women's conferences. She has been a mentor for the past five years with various non-profit ministries focusing on ministry in the inner city. Jada enjoys teaching, mentoring and administration.
